Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser would be responsible for maintaining an attractive, appealing visual experience for our guests. You would be responsible for the creative vision throughout each store. Job Expectations

*Create and maintain visual displays in store windows and key selling spots on the sales floor

*Ensure the image and style of the company is projected through visuals

*Optimize in-store product displays in order to generate sales

*Work closely with buyers/management to achieve and enhance product goals

*Communicate challenges, stock clogs or missed opportunities with the buyers

*Be aware of inventory levels

Department Brand Buyer

LSL Brands is looking for Department Brand Buyers to oversee all aspects of the clothing business, ensuring all manufacturers are purchased, displayed and operating profitably. Provide staff with facts to be the “best” in service, selection, and to ensure a wonderfully unique shopping experience.​

Operations Management

*Develop the initial purchase plan, monthly units and stock flow

*Annually: Develop monthly unit sales plan for each store

*Monthly: Ensure that the sales goals, inventory flow and promotion of key items are realistic and communicate it through all levels of company: buying, planning, marketing, receiving and store operations

*Develop new in-store events monthly

 

Storeline Personnel:

*Maintain communication with store personnel via store visits, phone and e-mail

*Reach projected sales volume and increase of profit

*Implement and maintain company policies and procedures, update store guidelines and guest service manual as needed

*Be a driver of retail sales

*Hires, trains and evaluates staff

*Keeps stores abreast of changes in company policy,

*Remain compliant/consistent with company policies, practices and procedures

*Merchandise floor sets, create and maintain selling floor with storeline team

Inventory/Product:

*Develop and maintain markdown schedule for stores weekly

*Establish monthly BOM (Beginning of month) unit inventories for each store

*Audit sales tickets for accuracy

*Help manage shrinkage and inventory control

*Plan markdowns weekly

*Spot checks for product quality

 

Qualifications:

*Proven management skills/ self-motivator

*Sales/Retail Management Experience

*Team player; positive attitude

*Ability to multi-task and deal with changing demands of job

*Willing and eager to take on responsibility

*Proven communication, organization, customer service and motivational skills

*Knowledge of retail computer systems; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

*5 years buying experience for a high volume, multi-location retailer

*Strong Time Management/Organizational Skills

Brand Ambassador

LSL Brands is looking for a Brand Ambassador that will be engaging with the consumer, providing them with adequate product knowledge in an efficient way, encouraging them to purchase the merchandise. You will be responsible for creating and reinforcing the brands image and brand awareness.  This position would require a personal partnership with each brand, with an understanding of trend and style, creating an environment of genuine customer connection.

Functions & Responsibilities

Guest Service 

  • Ability to interact with consumers professionally

  • Knowledge of product, become an expert on the brand

  • Service the guest per company standards

  • Works closely with staff members to achieve/enhance product goals

  • Track and engage in monthly sale contests

 

 

Inventory/Merchandising 

 

  • Visual Merchandising to help optimize in store product displays, in order to generate sales

  • Size tables, product organization & maintain standard

  • Maintain and oversee standards of the department. Bra sales, PJ Shop and Lingerie Boutique

    • Set daily goals for selected brands

    • Twice a week touch base with buyer, sales manager and marketing department

  • Change mannequins bi-weekly, Thursday and Monday, or as items sell through

 

Consumer Engagement & Events

 

  • Drive consistent traffic to the store thru guest service and build brand awareness

  • Create interest by creating upcoming events  

  • Build and help manage the companies social media profiles/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Pinterest

  • Develop clients thru networks, local merchants and other area businesses

  • Plan and host one event a week

  • Book bra fit appointments and create an atmosphere of spa like features
