Legacy Fudge, LLC is looking for an experienced & sales oriented leader to manage one of our Fudge Kitchen store locations.
Functions & Responsibilities
Service guests to our very high standards/building guest relationships
Coach Sales Associates on guest service/selling skills
Actively look for opportunities to drive additional sales and traffic
Evaluate store operations for opportunities to enhance efficiency productivity and profitability
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Selling/verbal and written skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Team-focused, confident, and professional
REQUIRED: 1+ years of retail/management experience
