I support the girls

Lace Silhouettes Lingerie, a local Bucks County business located in Peddler’s Village, donated over 100 bras and pairs of underwear to I Support the Girls (ISTG). ISTG is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, to women experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress.

This generous donation is one of many from Lace Silhouettes Lingerie. Founder Karen Thompson, her family, and her team are on a philanthropic mission to commemorate the company’s 35th anniversary by donating to over 35 local charities this year.

“We are humbled and honored to be celebrating 35 years. It’s been quite the journey—I couldn’t have done it without my family, team, and the support of the community,” said Thompson. “My team and I are grateful for the love and support the community has shown us over the years, and we felt there was no better way to celebrate such a big anniversary than to give back.”

Their most recent donation was to ISTG. Thompson commented on the donation, noting that “We love [ISTG’s] story. They believe that every woman should be able to stand tall with dignity. As an intimate apparel store, we full heartedly believe the same and are honored to support their cause.”
